General terms and conditions

The reservation is only final after receipt of a confirmation from the accommodation and, where applicable, a deposit.
Cancellations must be reported in writing; in the event of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival, the full amount may be charged.
Payment must be made in advance or at the latest on arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
It is not permitted to cause nuisance or to damage hotel property; the cost of any damage will be recovered from the guest.
Use of the meeting rooms is limited to the agreed times; additional use may incur additional costs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
The maximum number of persons per room or meeting room may not be exceeded.
The accommodation reserves the right to refuse guests who do not comply with these conditions.
In the event of force majeure (such as a power failure, pandemics or extreme weather conditions), the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation.
The hotel is not liable for the loss or theft of guests' personal property.
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these general terms and conditions.
